Registration Fee

The registration fee of $395 includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, two breakfasts, one luncheon, and two receptions. There is a $50 discount for fees paid by check or credit card and postmarked by July 15, 2008. Your registration must be guaranteed by a form of payment in order to assure your place in the conference
