Master Connection Associates, (MCA) is a premier international consulting and training organization specializing in service delivery, sales, and leadership performance.  As an international facilitator, consultant, and speaker for MCA, Kathy is an enthusiastic and articulate presenter. Her unique experience of traveling and training in 15 countries has provided her with real-life customer service success stories, which adds relevance and reality to her workshops.

Prior to joining MCA in 1998, Kathy was in management with Hyatt Hotels and The Pebble Beach Company. She gained her formalized education by attending Madison Business College in Wisconsin. Her expertise and extensive knowledge in conference services, catering, sales and training design, gives her a foundation of experience that offers value to MCA’s clients.

During her career with MCA, Kathy was designated as Project Manager and Lead Trainer for the U.S. Air Force Catering Initiative. This was a comprehensive, in-depth program to standardize catering operations in Air Force Clubs around the world.

Currently, Kathy’s training focus is energizing sales teams to maximize their potential. She also motivates employees in various industries to strive for customer service excellence by facilitating “The Positive Alternative” Series, designed by MCA. Kathy’s coaching skills and energized style promotes open communication and active participation in her workshops.
